We have completed the migration to a new Cere Blockchain Node repository in Github, previously organized as a direct fork of the Substrate framework repository, now based on the official Substrate Node Template.

We believe this change will significantly improve the artifact preparation process, replacing time-consuming and error-prone merge requests with simple dependency updates.
