About The Role

The Project Manager drives a successful onboarding, manages the client proactively and makes sure the client gets the most out of our platform.
You will thrive on working in a fast-paced, exciting environment, founded by Silicon Valley veterans. With strong problem-solving skills and organizational awareness, you are capable of intervening where needed to ensure that any roadblocks to customer success are removed as efficiently as possible. This role requires a dedicated professional with an exceptional ability to manage customer relationships and their delivery partners.

Responsibilities

  • On-boarding: Provide technical advice and coordinate across the business.
  • KPI and goal setting: Define a strategy, KPIs, and success criteria to ensure that your goals are aligned to your business objectives.
  • Best practices: Share best practices in areas such as architecture and security to meet your business goals.
  • Adoption review: Understand your current usage, establish predictive capacity and trending, and help plan for future business initiatives or events.
  • Usage maturity: Assess the maturity of deployed features and functionality and make recommendations for improvements and efficiencies.
  • Collaborative ROI measurement: Work with you to quantify success and measure results, maximizing our Customer investment.
  • The Customer Success Manager at Cere Network makes sure our customers are adopting the latest data-sharing capabilities and assist in planning for the future.
  • Account and utilization planning: Work together to create a short term & long term account success plan, maximizing product utilization and adoption while delivering on the business objectives.
  • Roadmap highlights: Deeper understanding of how new capabilities to move our Customers business forward.
  • New feature releases: Review newly released features and identify opportunities.

Skills

  • Prior account management and/or project management experience with implementing/onboarding customers.
  • Knowledge of and experience with digital marketing technologies/Content Management, Commerce systems.
  • Prior experience with customer success in a SaaS, or Managed Services company.
  • Consulting and/or technical training experience.
  • Onboarding customers to Cere Network and establishing customer relationships.
  • Knowledge of blockchain technology
